Just Because We’ve Finished The Build, Doesn’t Mean The Project’s Over

The handover of a project to the client at the end of construction is a very important stage of the project lifecycle.

The transfer of ownership of the project from contractor to client can effect health & safety, reliability, standards of operation and maintenance. For Parkview, it is essential that we minimise the impact this can have for our clients and end-users alike.

Parkview’s completion and handover process includes 5 major components; Testing, Certification, Manuals, Warranties & Access and Client Services.

Parkview conducts its own extensive defect list through detailed site inspections. When a defect is identified, it is recorded on a register and prioritised according to the nature of the issue. Any queries reported are collaborated into a master register and tracked until it is closed out or resolved.
