Highly regarded for our ability to consistently deliver projects to the highest standards, Parkview has been rewarded with continued company growth and diversification.

Recognised within the industry as the pre-eminent builder of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects within greater Sydney, Parkview has built more than 15,000 apartments. We have built almost twice as many apartments as our nearest competitor since 2015!

We have developed project delivery capabilities applicable to a wide range of asset classes. Our strong track record in completing large multi-stage residential projects has fuelled our expansion into other sectors such as hotels, build-to-rent, retail, commercial, industrial, seniors’ living, and community facilities.

Our Team

Parkview is a privately owned business whose owners and directors, Tony Touma and Emile Tabet, actively participate in each of our projects and are intrinsically involved in daily operations.

Working alongside Tony and Emile, our executive team provides stable, strategic leadership and prudent governance, applying their expertise in a wide range of disciplines from design and construction to architecture, engineering, project management, property development, investment, and asset management.

Together, the senior executive lead a team of 250 loyal employees who work together to create contemporary environments of the highest quality, making lasting contributions to the communities in which we work.

Our 3-stage Project Delivery Process of early planning and design, construction, and completion and handover, enables us to value-engineer each project for an optimum outcome. Our specialised multidisciplinary team analyses the project’s specific requirements, function, processes, and costs, with a view to finding the best-value design to ensure the successful delivery of every project.

Our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) methodology is based on a truly collaborative approach. At the early planning stage, we carry out a thorough analysis to optimise the design, minimise risk, and to reduce development time and cost, whilst still delivering on all specified outcomes.

At the end of construction, a smooth project handover is a priority. We minimise any issues that arise and ensure a seamless transition. Just because we’re finished the build, doesn’t mean the project is over. We take great pride in our Client Services division and ensure your project is managed with excellence, long after its completion.

At Parkview, we believe in giving back to the community. Every year we support several charities and community groups like the McGrath Foundation and The Shepherd Centre and take part in various fundraisers to improve the health and wellbeing of those in need.

Property Industry Foundation

We are a proud supporter of the Property Industry Foundation (PIF), a charity formed by property and construction industry leaders with the mission to make a tangible difference to the serious and persistent problem of youth homelessness.

The Shepherd Centre

Every year we donate vital equipment such as laptops to children with hearing loss through our association with The Shepherd Centre. This not-for-profit organisation aims to give deaf children a voice.

McGrath Foundation

There’s nothing like turning a site pink to support breast cancer and raise funds for vital McGrath Breast Care Nurses, which is exactly what we did with our partners and stakeholders at our Woolooware Bay Town Centre project.
