Works on the idyllic harbourside Ancora apartments are gaining momentum, with the building structure recently topping out for our highly valued clients Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council.
Forming part of the unique master-planned community known as The Waterfront, Shell Cove, Ancora features 64 luxurious, boutique apartments designed by WMK Architecture.
Parkview’s team reports interiors are now advancing quickly, with wall framing and sheeting well underway and the first delivery of joinery expected within two weeks. The project is on target for completion later this year and we look forward to unveiling more in coming months.
