The 13-year partnership between Parkview Constructions and Sekisui House Australia are continuing with two new contracts to deliver the next stages of the Sanctuary and Melrose Park masterplans in western Sydney.
Parkview Constructions have been appointed to deliver the two new contracts worth a collective $573m. The $300m contract for the Sanctuary Stage 4 development at Wentworth Point will result in 488 apartments and the $273m contract to deliver 467 apartments at Melrose Park, Stage 6, will provide just under 1,000 new homes in Sydney’s west.
The contract appointments follow the recent topping out of the latest stage of Sanctuary at Wentworth Point – Willow.
