In recognition of International Women's Day 2023 (IWD) we sent a team of our talented site workers to a special function at the Art Gallery of NSW to support Hands Across the Water (Hands) – a charitable foundation which is dedicated to enriching the lives of disadvantaged children and communities in Thailand.
Hands believes in and recognises the importance of equity across all areas of its charitable work and used IWD as an opportunity to share its passion for valuing and supporting differences in people, irrespective of gender. Hands knows that each person in its care is unique and accordingly provides individual, tailored assistance to give each and every person equitable opportunities.
And it’s something we believe in at Parkview. In our male dominated industry, it is particularly important that women are given equitable opportunities – not just equal opportunities – to reach the same outcomes, for it is through gender equity that we will achieve true gender equality.
We are proud to be supporting Hands in their endeavours to make the world a more equitable place.
