The visionary Newgreens precinct at Chatswood Golf Course is a step closer to reality with site clearing works complete and bulk excavation now underway. Thousands of cubic metres of rock will be crushed and retained on site to reshape the future golf course and make way for the environmentally sustainable Watermark Residences at Newgreens Chatswood.
Delivered in partnership with Pariter, Chatswood Golf Club and Watermark Living, this landmark project is being created for golfers, families, retirees, and the local community. Featuring world-class facilities, the precinct will offer unrivalled golf course, practice, entertainment, recreation, dining and wellness facilities, alongside luxury senior living amidst the lush natural bushland.
