Early works for Melrose Park Village – the fourth stage in Sekisui House’s major urban renewal project, Melrose Park North – are rapidly progressing, with demolition and site clearing now complete.
The Sekisui House and Parkview project teams are building momentum, with piling and shoring for the basement about to commence, along with the detailed design work for the podium level.
Out on Victoria Road, infrastructure works are also continuing, with major service relocations finishing this month and the new site access road to be completed by the second quarter of this year.
