We are excited to announce a new strategic partnership between Parkview Constructions and international investor Jerry Huang of Legacy Equity House, a significant step forward in our commitment to housing delivery across NSW over the next five years.
Founder and Principal of Legacy Equity House, Jerry Huang, is backing both Parkview Constructions as a traditional builder alongside his major shareholding in Freecity, known as leaders in volumetric modular modern methods of construction, to drive innovation, efficiency and quality in delivery for NSW. The partnership brings together reliability, experience, innovation and building technology harnessed for design quality.
Over the past 29 years, Parkview has established itself as one of NSW’s most respected and reliable construction companies, earning a strong reputation for quality, dependability and employee satisfaction in the residential sector.
With over 1,300 apartments delivered in Sydney in 2025, Parkview’s current contracted pipeline exceeds $1.5 billion with 1,966 apartments under construction including 797 apartments within the Sanctuary Masterplan and 468 apartments at the Melrose Park Village Precinct.
“We want to play a leading role delivering the 377,000 new homes the NSW Government needs to build across the state in the next five years, while expanding access to affordable housing for more residents,” said Tony Touma, Founder and Chairman of Parkview. “Legacy Equity House’s investment provides us with the flexibility and resources to grow, while enabling us to deliver more of the housing NSW urgently needs, without compromising the quality and service our clients expect from Parkview.”
Jerry said, “Parkview’s reputation for delivering excellence in NSW’s residential market makes them a natural fit for our portfolio. We see strong alignment between Parkview’s capabilities and our broader investments in the region, and we are excited to help accelerate their next chapter of growth.”
By strengthening Parkview’s financial position, Legacy Equity House unlocks opportunities to expand delivery capacity with the financial strength to take on high-value projects and ensure efficiency in completion to meet urgent housing targets in the state. Over time, Legacy Equity House seeks to extend the capacity of Parkview Constructions with building and design innovation, supporting Parkview’s evolution into a diversified market leader within Australia’s property sector.
