Parkview’s commitment to developing the leaders of tomorrow and promoting a culture of caring, boldness and teamwork has been strengthened by the establishment of the Parkview Leadership Academy.
Designed to identify and develop future leaders and managers of the Parkview family, the Leadership Academy is a structured 2-year program aimed at nurturing, mentoring and developing our staff.
The brainchild of Parkview’s senior management team, the Academy is championed by Director Emile Tabet, Construction Manager Jayson Barnaby, and Commercial Manager Vladimir Baltovski, with our inaugural intake featuring 12 employees (pictured).
Congratulations to Engineers James McKenzie, David Papa, Nick Pleming, and George Tabet; Contract Administrators Veronica Alba, Andre Coorey, Mary-Anne Gemzon, and Mark Mansour; Senior Estimator Jason Kerley; Foreman Dyveid Nikola; and Project Managers Peter Lantouris and Antonio Screnci on their success.
The 2023 Leadership Academy will meet for their first full-day workshop on February 6. We look forward to witnessing the growth and development of our Academy members as they embark on this exciting program.
