We’re pleased to congratulate Antonio Screnci and Peter Lantouris on their promotions from Project Directors to Construction Managers.
Antonio began his career with Parkview as a Cadet in 2007 and, over the past 19 years, has grown alongside the business to become an experienced and highly respected leader within our team.
During his time at Parkview, Antonio has worked across more than a dozen projects. His portfolio as Project Manager-Director includes The Address, a master-planned community at Wentworth Point comprising more than 1,000 apartments, Silkari Pagewood, comprising 256 apartments, MAC Residences, delivering 269 apartments, and most recently Newgreens Chatswood, comprising 106 premium independent living residences.
Peter joined Parkview in 2012 as a Contract Administrator and, over the past 14 years, has developed an impressive track record across the delivery of complex, large-scale residential projects.
His portfolio as Project Manager-Director includes Granville Place, comprising three residential towers, 617 apartments and a retail centre; Polaris, a 24-storey residential tower in the heart of North Sydney, and most recently the multi-award-winning Norwest Quarter, delivering 184 net-zero apartments across two residential buildings alongside more than 3,500m² of retail space.
Both Antonio and Peter have built longstanding careers at Parkview, progressing through the business while playing an integral role in the delivery of some of our most significant projects.
In their new roles, they join Construction Manager Anthony Sakkal and Construction Delivery Manager Steven Katrib, further strengthening Parkview’s senior construction leadership team.
Together, Anthony, Steven, Antonio and Peter bring more than 66 years of combined experience with Parkview — Anthony 21 years, Steven 12 years, Antonio 19 years and Peter 14 years delivering some of Sydney’s largest and most complex residential projects for Parkview.
This depth of experience and continuity in our senior delivery team reinforces Parkview’s position as NSW’s most experienced builder of large-scale residential projects.
