To the delight of team Parkview and our long-standing clients Sekisui House Australia, the Pulse & Pavilion development has been selected as a finalist in the Apartments (High Rise) category of the 2023 UDIA NSW & Coronation Property Awards for Excellence.
The two beautiful buildings make up the sold out third stage of Sekisui House Australia’s major urban renewal project located at Melrose Park North, and form part of what will become Sydney’s first iconic smart community.
Kudos to all the stakeholders and subcontractors who worked with us on this stage – it takes a mighty big team to deliver a project of this calibre, and we congratulate everyone for their valuable contribution.
