This festive season, 874 residents will be celebrating their first Christmas in their brand new Parkview-built home, a milestone we’re incredibly proud to close out the year with.
Over the past 12 months, Parkview Constructions has handed over keys for the following projects in Sydney:
- Watermark Residences, Chatswood – for Watermark / Pariter (106 apartments)
- Melrose Park Village, Melrose Park – for Sekisui House (421 apartments)
- Sanctuary, Glade & Laguna, Wentworth Point – for Sekisui House (163 apartments)
- Norwest Quarter, Banksia & Lacebark, Norwest – for Mulpha (184 apartments)

Parkview’s offices will close from 19 December 2025, reopening in the New Year from 12 January 2026.
