Hamilton Island Yacht Club

Construction and full fitout of the Hamilton Island Yacht Club over three levels, along with 35 luxury 4 bedroom villas. Located within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, the project required careful planning and execution due to its remote island setting.

The Yacht Club includes function rooms, a restaurant, cafe, bar, foyer, administration offices, and commercial kitchens. It also features member amenities such as a gym, movie theatre, lap pool, resort pool, and private entertaining areas.

Architecturally, the project includes extensive landscaping and large cantilevered overhands, designed to integrate with the surrounding environment and meet the island's strict design requirements.
