The Lakeview development comprises 78 independent living units across three buildings over four levels, with associated basement parking and landscaping. Works also included a state-of-the-art clubroom, activity and health consulting rooms.
The accommodation layout and features were designed to allow ageing-in-place in a dignified and comfortable manner. It was important the site provide the welcoming, well landscaped appearance of an appealing residential estate. Designed into this framework are the access and support features that make it easy for the residents to use all spaces comfortably.
