Stage 4 of the Melrose Park masterplan community consists of 468 premium architecturally designed residential apartments across 3 buildings as well as 3 basement levels catering for 589 vehicles, 516 bicycles and 13 motorcycles.

The development also includes a swimming pool on level 5, and linked open communal spaces to consider the wider development and connection with adjacent lots through site links by creating an urban forest setting.
