Polaris consists of 232 residential apartments within a 24 storey mixed-use high-rise tower in the heart of North Sydney. The development also includes 2,862 square metres of commercial / retail space, a 5 level basement carpark fitting 171 vehicles and 287 bicycle spaces, a clear operable glazed facade to winter gardens, a green wall, and clear shopfront glazing with timber blade in front.
The unique crystalline facade has been driven by the technical client request of providing maximum sunlight, offering uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour.
