Pulse & Pavilion

The third stage in the major urban renewal project known as Melrose Park North, featuring 156 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across two buildings, called Pulse and Pavilion.

Stage 3 is part of the masterplan to create an active, socially connected and environmentally friendly community on the prime 30-hectare site. It features a range of technology-driven initiatives including vehicle charging stations, NBN node-to-residence connection, environmental monitoring systems, sensor street lighting and a bespoke Melrose Park Residents' smart phone ‘App’.
