Sanctuary: Landing

Landing by Sekisui House is the first stage of the beautiful Turner-designed Sanctuary masterplan, located along the waterfront at Wentworth Point. Part of a ten-year vision, the community is due to be completed by 2030.

Landing was delivered in a phased approach, with 165 apartments across the three Providing 364 one, two, and three bedroom dwellings across four buildings of varying heights, Sanctuary is set amongst lush landscaped gardens featuring a beautiful podium and water cascade feature.

Landing was delivered in a phased approach, with 165 apartments across the three mid-level buildings (9, 8 and 6 storeys) built first, followed by the 28 storey tower offering 199 dwellings. Works also included a three-level carpark.
