Sanctuary: Willow

Sanctuary Stage 3 (Willow) consists of the construction of a new 7-storey, 9-storey, and 28-storey residential apartment buildings with 309 units (a mix of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments including 11 townhouses).

It also consists of a shared podium with communal facilities and a swimming pool , 1 goods lift, 3-storey common basement carpark incorporating vehicle spaces and basement storage cages, 6 residential lifts, and associated landscaping works including communal external areas, internal and external roads.
