The Woolooware Bay Town Centre & Shark Park redevelopment is a joint venture between the Sharks NRL, Novm and Capital Corporation.
Delivered in four stages, the overall masterplan for the redevelopment includes the construction of over 700 apartments and 71 Key Quest Hotel with resort style communal facilities including pools and gymnasiums, together with over 20,000 square metres of retail space, restaurants, and the upgrade of the Cronulla Sharks club, game day bar and grandstand.
